My visit to the Kew Gardens in London was the inspiration for Rainflower. I recall it was late May and it had been pouring for most of the day, but when we arrived at the Gardens the rain stopped and the sun came out, warming the soaked flowers. The scent was intoxicating, filled with sun, rain and a profusion of floral nuances. The Top Notes of Freesia and Night Blooming Jasmine meet Heart Notes of Purple Hyacinth, Gardenia, Lilac and Tulip. The Base Note is a soft, lingering Musk.
